The track is titled “You & I” and is a love song that captures the romance between a couple. It primarily uses the acoustic guitar for its background and gives off a happy feeling, as seen in its lyrics “You are my heaven, you are my dream".

A representative for the drama stated, “The soundtrack is an essential element that cannot be excluded from ‘Scent of a Woman’, along with its beautiful cinematography. Everything from a sweet and romantic song to a sad and heartbreaking song will add to the beauty of the OST album.”
